TM27 early access giveaways: AirPods Pro 3 and the Ultimate Festival Package

  1. The promoter is Twominds Entertainment Ltd ("Twominds", "we"), Ōtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand.
  2. There are two giveaways: (a) one pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3, and (b) the Ultimate Festival Package, being a private motel room on site at Spencer Beach Top 10 Holiday Park for the winner and up to four guests from Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 March 2027, plus five Twominds Festival 2027 weekend passes. The Ultimate Festival Package is valued at over $4,000 NZD.
  3. To enter, register for Twominds Festival 2027 early access at www.twomindsfestival.co.nz between the time these giveaways are announced and 6pm NZDT on Wednesday 11 November 2026, or buy a Twominds Festival 2027 Weekend Pass between 6pm NZDT on Wednesday 11 November and 11:59pm NZDT on Friday 13 November 2026. Every valid registration and every Weekend Pass order is entered into both draws. Registering is free: no purchase is necessary and saving a card is not required to enter.
  4. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Twominds and their immediate families are not eligible.
  5. One registration per person. Multiple registrations from the same person count as one, and entries made using false details or automated means will be disqualified.
  6. After registering you get a personal referral link. You receive one bonus entry into both draws for every new person who registers through your link before registrations close.
  7. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 16 November 2026 and contacted by email within two days of the draw. A winner has seven days to reply and claim their prize, otherwise a new winner will be drawn.
  8. If the Ultimate Festival Package winner has already bought weekend passes, we will refund up to five of those passes in full.
  9. The Ultimate Festival Package winner and all four guests must be 18 or over and hold a valid ticket or pass to attend. Prizes do not include travel, food, drink or anything not listed above.
  10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  11. By entering, winners agree that we may publish their first name and town in connection with the giveaway.
  12. Personal information collected through registration is handled under the Twominds privacy policy. We only send festival updates to people who opt in when they register, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  13. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
  14. We may amend or cancel these giveaways if circumstances outside our control require it. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
