Twominds Festival is one big whānau, connected over a shared love and passion for positive experiences and human interaction. We are looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to help us deliver the festival successfully, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
The Twominds whānau has always been diverse - made up of people from a huge range of backgrounds and cultures. People from all over the world have volunteered at Twominds Festival. It’s this diversity that helps ensure anyone can and will have an amazing experience.
As a Twominds Festival volunteer, you will play an important role in helping us create a festival experience that has a meaningful impact on all attendees. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented and creative humans in our community.

Camp On Site
The comfiest camping facilities you’ll ever experience! Come camp onsite during your time volunteering with us. Volunteers have their own camping area, with access to newly-built facilities, including showers, toilets, kitchen, and washing equipment.

Delivering Twominds Festival is a lot of work, but it is also a lot of fun. You will get to enjoy the music, art, and all experiences the festival offers - but most importantly, the company of the people you’ll be working and enjoying the festival alongside.

How it works
Volunteers are expected to work between 12 - 20 hours across the week of Twominds Festival, and are free to enjoy the festival outside of your shifts. The hours worked will be between Tuesday 10th March and Monday 16th March, please let us know in your volunteer application form what days you are available to work - preference will be given to those with full availability. Each volunteer will be offered a Weekend Pass + a Camping Pass.
If you’re planning to volunteer with a friend, please state this on your application and we will endeavor to ensure you work the same shifts.
Volunteer Options
Want to join us for the whole week or just a few days? We have different options with additional perks depending on your availability.
1. 20 hours pre-event - no deposit required.

Ability to camp on site from Tuesday 10th through until Tuesday 17th. Powered sites available. Access to full campsite amenities for 7 nights.
2. 15 hours pre-event (Tuesday - Friday) - no deposit required.

Camping on site available from Thursday onwards. All hours to be completed before the festival opens.
3. 12 hours during the event (Friday - Sunday) - deposit required.
Deposits
As a volunteer working just the festival weekend, you will be required to pay a deposit, which will be equal to the full ticket price. Once you complete your shift(s), your full deposit will be returned to you after the festival. Please be aware that if you miss any part or full shift your deposit will not be returned.
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed and roles will be assigned based on experience and availability, so please explain this in your application.
If you are selected as a volunteer, you will be contacted by email. We will confirm your role, shift dates and provide you with a link to acquire a Volunteer Pass. If you already hold a Twominds Festival ticket, don't worry - just inform us upon acceptance, and we'll ensure this is transferred to the appropriate Volunteer Pass.

Twomind’s accessibility program is a core feature of our ethos, making it easy for the d/Deaf, disabled and neurodiverse whanau to experience the festival.

Festival Packdown
After the festival concludes, cleandown volunteers play a crucial role in dismantling and cleaning up the event site, and ensuring that Spencer Park returns to its original state.
